Natural Health Co is a family-run business based in Castlemaine, Central Victoria.
We are deeply passionate about true health and wellness — and we live by everything we promote, sell, and believe in.

Victoria has spent her life learning, studying, and practising holistic health — a journey that reflects her deep passion for understanding how the body, mind, and environment work together to support true wellness.

Victoria's story

I’m an Integrative Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Orofacial Myologist, passionate about helping people achieve true wellness through a holistic and preventative approach.

My work brings together the wisdom of Chinese medicine with modern functional therapies — focusing on breathing, airway development, and overall body balance. I’m an AHPRA-registered practitioner, fully qualified in both Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, with additional postgraduate training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy and Child-Centred Play Therapy.

I’m particularly interested in how we breathe, and how oral health and jaw development influence the body’s overall wellbeing. My goal is to help each person understand their body better and support its natural ability to heal — with treatments tailored to their unique needs.

Federico’s story

I was a firefighter in Melbourne until I was injured in a chemical and battery industrial fire in 2019. I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness, but that experience shifted my focus more deeply toward holistic health and recovery.

I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support, guidance, and knowledge of Victoria — and I’m grateful for the healthy, balanced way of living we now embrace and share through Natural Health Co.

Our Family & Values

We involve our two young children, aged 5 and 9, in Natural Health Co as much as possible — whether they’re helping to pack orders, prepare parcels for the couriers, or simply learning alongside us.

We feel incredibly grateful to share not only the knowledge and philosophy we believe in, but also the joy of running a family business built on care, integrity, and wellbeing.
