Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other reputable couriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, postal delays, or events beyond our control (e.g. weather events, carrier disruptions).


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping: $10.95 flat rate (free for orders over $140.00)

  • Express shipping: $14.95 flat rate

We may offer free or promotional shipping from time to time.


International Shipping (Optional)

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Please contact us at [email address] within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Risk of Loss

Title and risk for goods pass to you upon transfer to the shipping carrier. This does not affect your rights under Australian law.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged Parcels

If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and products,

  • Do not discard the packaging, and

  • Contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Change of Address After Ordering

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email address]. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the parcel has been dispatched.


Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal of delivery:

  • We can re-ship at the customer’s expense, or

  • Process a refund minus the original shipping cost.
