At Natural Health Co. we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you feel this expectation hasn't been met, please contact us promptly at:  info@naturalhealthco.com.au.

Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
However, if your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We will work with you to assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-returnable items (for change-of-mind only)
Please note that we do not accept returns for change-of-mind on the following items:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items (e.g. opened health or beauty products)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Gift cards or sale items

However, if any of these items are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may still be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, banks and payment providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
